臻祺注册于2010年8月31日，创立之初，核心成员便在建筑、室内设计体系及建筑、装饰施工体系，两个领域的行业前沿公司承担管理及运营工作。

目前，建筑、装饰这个传统行业，已经从最初以建筑实用型、装饰规划满足功能型这样传统的路径向外观布局兼具美学型、使用过程兼具节能环保型等演进。所以，我们努力以：学习、执行、诚信、创新、共赢为理念运营公司。以此，弱化建筑业体系的相对守旧思维。臻祺人深知，所有的优良工程都源起优秀的规划设计，因此设计的能力是我们这个行业综合能力的核心一环；其次工匠；其次选材…项目工程最终能够按时、保质、并实现合理控价的目标，综合组织管理能力居于各个环节之面。

上海臻祺建设（集团）有限公司的全体成员始终紧跟国家以科学发展观为指导的大政方略，先后取得了国家建筑业企业多项施工资质证书：建筑装饰工程专项承包一级、建筑工程总承包三级、钢结构制作安装工程专项承包三级、机电安装工程专项承包三级、弱电智能化工程专项承包二级、消防设施工程专业承包二级、建筑装饰工程专项设计乙级。随着我们组织管理能力体系的逐步完善，为了更好的把握我们所承担项目更有效、安全的落地，未来，我们会因应行业形态演化的必然，提前布局业态演化所需要的新业务范围：建筑类设计及施工所衍生以及其周边衍生的资质许可。
